1. Order Placement and Acceptance: 1.1. By placing an order with By Strokes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.2. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By Strokes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if the product is no longer available.

2. Made-to-Order Philosophy: 2.1. By Strokes operates on a made-to-order basis, producing garments only upon receiving orders. 2.2. Due to the unique nature of our production process, each piece can be considered one-of-a-kind, and variations may occur.

3. Sustainability and Low-Waste Commitment: 3.1. By Strokes is committed to sustainability and minimizing fashion waste. 3.2. We strive to reduce environmental impact by producing exactly as many garments as ordered.

4. Product Descriptions: 4.1. Every effort is made to accurately display product information, including descriptions and colors. 4.2. Variations may occur due to individual screen settings, and By Strokes cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

5. Payment: 5.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. 5.2. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Payment Options: Cash on Delivery or PayFast: 6.1. By Strokes offers two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and PayFast. 6.2. Customers can choose their preferred payment method during the checkout process.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD): 7.1. If you select Cash on Delivery, payment is to be made in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. 7.2. Please have the exact amount ready for payment to expedite the delivery process. 7.3. COD orders are only available within specified areas and subject to delivery feasibility.

8. PayFast: 8.1. PayFast is an online payment gateway that accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and instant EFT. 8.2. When choosing PayFast, you will be redirected to their secure platform to complete the transaction. 8.3. Payment through PayFast is subject to their terms and conditions, and By Strokes does not store any payment information.

9. Payment Confirmation: 9.1. For COD orders, a confirmation receipt will be provided upon successful payment to the delivery agent. 9.2. PayFast transactions will generate an automatic confirmation email once the payment is processed successfully.

10. Shipping and Delivery: 10.1. By Strokes aims to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. 10.2. Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Returns and Exchanges: 11.1. We accept returns within [number] days of receiving the order, provided the items are in unused, unworn condition. 11.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
